We produce them by subjecting hot casted blocks warmed up to 400 – 5500 oC to the 9-17-pass hot rolling on the four-high rolling mill.

The system is cooled and oiled with rolling emulsions (3-5% solution of emulsion oil in water).

The rolled sheets are edged and wound up in coils, and after 2-3 days of cooling sent to the additional processing (i.e. delivery).

The hot rolled sheets can be produced of the alloys, series 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx and 8xxx after the Chart Alloys coding according to the standards. The quality of the products is determined on the bases of the client’s request and in accordance with the Chart Material quality states.
