We produce them by subjecting hot casted blocks warmed up to 400 – 5000 oC to the technology of the 3-17-pass hot rolling on the four-high rolling mill.

The system is cooled and oiled with emulsion (3-5% solution of the emulsion oil in water).

The plates are cut in 2 – 12 m long semiproducts in the Hot Rolling Plant, and transported to the adjusting macines (saws) to be cut and edged in the predefined dimensions.

The rolled plates can be produced of all the alloys included in the Chart Alloys coding according to the standards. The quality of the products is determined on the bases of the client’s reques and in accordance with the Chart Material quality states.
