After the tender privatization on 01.10.2002, Impol Seval a.d. invested more than 35 million Euro in more than 80 lesser or larger investment projects between 2003 and 2007, by which the following effects have been achieved:

- Revitalization and modernization of the production equipment

- Labour automation and implementation of advanced technological processes

- Improvement of the quality of products

- Enlargement of the assortment of products

- Capacity adjustment to each production phase

- Rationalization of the production costs

- Protection of the environment and the working space

- Humanization of labour conditions and enhancement of safety and protection at work

- Inplementation of the information support in all segments of the business and production processes

- Optimization of the infrastrucural support
