A complete modification of the liquid metal processing technology was performed, by which the refining salts and the hexachlorethane based degassing agents were put out of use, and the continuous degassing of the liquid metal with the inert gas argon was introduced in the ALPUR equipment.

The continuous filtration of the liquid metal with the ceramic filters in the FILTER BOX unit was introduced

The continous modification of the liquid metal by introducing an ALTiB wire in the casting channel was realized

The hydraulic cylinder for the hydraulic adjastment of the casting unit and the casting parameter automatization, i.e. automatic casting were introduced.

With the realization of the Project, the following effects were achieved:
