In order that we could reach an output performance of 30.000 t/year of quality sheets to be sold on international market, an advanced automated Line for drawing, flattening and cross-cutting of sheets delivered by the renowned company “UNGERER”, Germany, was acquired, installed and, in 2006, put into operation.

This automated Line can perform continuously the following operations:

- edging of sheets

- flattening of sheets on the roll flattening machine

- paper separation of sheets

- protective foil separation of sheets

- cutting of sheets into sheet plates

- automatic sheet packaging

- packaging of sheets on the packaging line

The acquisition of the Line enabled:

- Large production of quality sheets

- Production of smooth and «embossed» uncoloured and coloured sheets as well as the production of «ribbed» sheets

- Strict observing of the width, length and diagonal sheet tolerances in accordance with all relevant international standards

- Production of sheets separated with paper or foil

- Automatic operation which provides humanization of labour and a high level of safety and protection at work.
