The Limited Partnership Companies, whose hundred-per-cent proprietor is IMPOL SEVAL, have 165 employees all together, and their distribution by each company is as follows: IMPOL SEVAL FINISHED ARTICLES DEPARTMENT ltd. -  58 employees, IMPOL SEVAL TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT ltd. - 67 employees, IMPOL SEVAL FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT ltd. -  29 employees and IMPOL SEVAL PKC ltd. - 11 employees, which makes the total of 744 employees.

The priority of the IMPOL SEVAL system in the field of personnel affaires is the permanent education of the employees and their professional progress.
