Strategy of development for the period 2008 - 2012

We take the development of Impol Seval a.d. as the highest priority of ours, so the vision of the development of the Company has been proclaimed through the following goals:

Rise in the output performances and enlargement of the assortment of products

  • Rise in the outpot performance of the Foundry to 140.000 t/year

  • Rise in output performance of the Cold Rolling Plant to 80.000 t/year

  • Rise in the productivity volume to the limits of the installed capacities

  • Production of the hot rolled plates for the shipbuilding and automobile industries

  • Production of the hot rolled plates, width 2000 mm

  • Production of the sheet metals and sheets up to a maximum width of 1650 mm

  • Production of cold rolled sheets, thickness up to 6,0 mm

  • Production of the sheet metals and sheets the decorative and technical anodizations

  • Production of the thermically hardened sheet metals and sheets of the alloys, series 6xxx and 7xxx

  • Production of the alloys for superplastic shaping

  • Enlargement of the colour shades pallete for the product colouring

Introduction of new technological procedures

  • Casting of ingots to be

  • Anodization of the pressed and rolled products

  • Production of aluminium carpentry for the construction industry

Rise in the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company

  • Rise in the energetic efficiency of the production through the reduction of the specific consumption of energy to the values < 3000 kWh/t of products

  • Reduction of costs per product unit

  • Implementation of the ecological protection of the environment and of the working space in accordance with the EU standards

  • Decreasing the age structure of employees below 46 years of age

  • Reduction of the number of injuries at work
